Diet and Fatigue

We talked earlier this month about fatigue and insomnia, its causes and how complementary therapies might help.

There are also many things you can do yourself to change your environment and break the cycle of sleeplessness and tiredness, including your environment, relationships and exercise. Ditching your phone 2 hours before you go to sleep at night is in fact one of the best things you can do!

Diet is another large area where you can make easy changes in order to improve symptoms of fatigue.

For instance, tiredness can also be symptomatic of Vitamin B12 deficiency. Eating more eggs, cheese, fish and chicken will improve your B12 levels.
